Step 1: Discover: HeyHolidays is a global online platform and we have number of listings, you just have to enter check in, check out dates and place we will give you the various option to stay at your desired location.

On the search results page, you can put various advanced filters that will make your search efficient and provide relevant output

  • Price range

  • Amenities

  • Instant booking

  • Home type and room type

  • Size (Number of beds, number of bathrooms etc...)

Before making a booking request please go through the

  • host profile

  • Reviews and ratings for this listings

  • Listing details

  • House rules

  • Amenities available

If you are fully satisfied, then only send accommodation request.

Step 2: Booking:

Request to Book: You can send booking request to the host and host will have 24 hour time to respond to your request. Through response time and response rate algorithm we have made sure that host have all the incentives to respond to you with minimal delay. The host has option to accept or decline your request; you will receive mail from HeyHolidays for the same. If host does not respond to your request in 24 hours duration then request will be declined by default. You will be charged only if host approves the request

Instant Book: If host allowed instant booking for the listing, as soon as you click on this button your booking will be confirmed.

Contact host: If you want to talk to host before sending booking request, HeyHolidays facilitate user with chat option, through which you can chat with host and clear all the doubts. We always want you to make inform decision. You can click on “Contact Host” on listing page to initiate chatting.

Step 3: once booking is done, please communicate with your host regarding

  • check in check out time

  • how to collect the key

  • Will host be available during stay, if not who is the designate person to approach for any need

  • Check route to the house ( once your booking is confirmed HeyHolidays will share the contact details of the host which include mobile number, Google map route to the house, complete address of the house)

  • Check any other details and get tips from the host
