At the time of check-in, host in its sole discretion may ask guest to provide a nominal amount as a refundable deposit. The host undertakes and agrees to clearly indicate such deposit requirement, as part of the property information that will be displayed on the website, application and platforms of HeyHolidays, on or through which the service is made available. Such deposit will cover the guest’s period of stay and will be refunded by the host to the guest, after making suitable adjustments towards amounts payable by the guest to the host. Such transaction between the host and the guest is entirely and exclusively a subject matter between the hosts and their respective guests, and neither HeyHolidays nor any of its affiliates, or their respective directors, officers and employees, will be responsible or liable to any person for any matter or issue arising therefrom.
