Located only minutes from the largest beach on Waiheke - beautiful Onetangi beach, this lovely fully self-contained one bedroom studio feels like a home away from home without the big price tag. A 5 minute drive will have you standing on the beach or enjoying breakfast at one of the great cafe's along the beachfront. Hose down your beach gear in your own private backyard area complete with clothesline. There is a washing machine and dryer in the fully equipped separate kitchenette that also comes fully equipped with a microwave, fridge, cooktop pizza oven. The other wonderful bonus with this property is the fabulous off street parking, a rare commodity on the island.


Several of the most popular vineyards on the island - including Stonyridge, Batch, Te Motu, Te Whau and Frenchman's Hill are all close by. For the more active guests, Wild on Waiheke, the Eco-zip and our beautiful 9 hole golf course may be of more interest to you.


The studio comes complete with a Queen Bed, wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. The combined living/dining room has a wall mounted flat screen TV with Freeview, two super comfy lounges and dining table and chairs for two. A door off the living room leads to the outdoor living area complete with outdoor table and chairs and a BBQ.


This lovely property also has a fully fenced rear yard complete with a doggy door for your gorgeous small to medium sized 4 legged friend. An additional fee of $12/night applies to all approved pet stays.


Bed configuration: Separate bedroom with Queen Bed and ensuite.


Please Note: Check in is 2pm and checkout is 10am. An exit cleaning fee of $75 applies to each stay. Minimum stays: 5 nights between mid December and mid January, 3 nights holiday weekends and 2 nights all other times.
