Palm Beach is a beautiful locals beach that offers a wonderful quieter laid back experience compared to Oneroa and Onetangi beach. If you are feeling game, you can even cross over the rock wall that divides Palm Beach from the nudie beach and start working on your all over tan!


Positioned to take in the stunning north facing views from the kitchen and dining room, you will love watching the last rays of the sun disappear over the headland.


A well appointed open plan kitchen, complete with a walk in pantry, stainless steel appliances as well as a fully integrated stainless steel bench, perfect for the chefs amongst us, is at the heart of this lovely property. The living room is open, spacious and inviting and offers plenty of choices to sit in. Spread out on a couch each while taking in one of the saved movies on the huge flat screen tv. Move from here through to the lovely outdoor terrace area with outdoor dining and BBQ and more views of the water.


There is a full bathroom with separate shower and bath and toilet plus bidet. The wonderful bedroom has a skylight window that you can fully open to hear the sound of the surf at night while looking at a view of the stars.


Take a stroll along the beachfront or walk down the main street to the local fish and chip shop and diary. In summer the local Dragonfire cart can be found in the park ready to make your fresh hot pizza and wraps to order.


Palm Beach is dominated by large tracts of bush reserve and native bird reserve, complete with wonderful walkways. Follow the Te Ara Hura path to take in the coastal views.


The local bus leaves from just two doors down and buses going in both directions will come by every 30 minutes and run to meet all the Fullers Ferries.

Please Note: This property is made up of two separate apartments with separate entries. This is the upstairs one. Babies up to 2 years are welcome, however no toddlers and older children can be accepted. An exit cleaning fee of $95 applies to each stay. Linen is included. Minimum stays: 7 nights between mid December and mid January, 3 nights holiday weekends and 2 nights all other times. The views from the kitchen and dining area almost make it worth doing the dishes by hand.
