A screened porch for those summer evenings is located off the family room and overlooks the large lagoon pool (one of the three pool) Two bedrooms upstairs with a King master suite, master bath, private deck. Second bedroom has large bath and queen bed. Loft has two twins. Within the lovely Gulf Place community, you can visit the boutique shops, dine at the restaurants. There are also walking and biking trails, shuffle board and concerts on the green and three deeded beach accesses. Come relax and never have to move your car. However you may want to visit the largest outlet mall in the USA only six miles west. Baytowne Wharf is only five miles away and Destin ten mile west. Panama City Beach and Pier Park is only 20 minutes away with great shopping, returants and of course the Pier.
