From the supple leather sectional which includes a recliner for those so inclined to the incredible views from the living room, kitchen and balcony this unit makes you feel at home away from home. Close to shopping centers, markets, and unique shops it offers a great location, but no traffic jams.

If major outlet shopping is your preference, you are only minutes away. From the balcony incredible sunsets, sunrises, active and passive surfs, dolphins, and an occasional fine feathered friend are yours for the viewing. The unit sleeps 4 comfortably with a bath and one half, in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher and again, views that will take your breath away.

If you prefer an early morning dip, there is a lovely pool or of course the beautiful Gulf. Wi Fi and cable TV in HD are yours here too. There is also complimentary beach umbrella and chairs available to guests. This is a beautiful, one-bedroom, one-and-one-half bathroom condominium on the beach. Breathtaking waterfront views from the balcony. Excellent restaurants, fishing, surfing, shopping all within 5 minutes from the condo. Very close to Destin, but with out the traffic.

a. Pets will not be allowed for renters from April 1 to October 14.
b. One pet, under 25 pounds, will be allowed for renters from October 15 through March 31.
c. There will be a $50.00 per day/pet fine for pet violations. The fines will be charged to the guest.
d. The guest will be charged a pet fee of $165.00 this is a non-refundable fee
