The laundry facility is located on the ground level near the pool. Handicapped parking is available, along with an elevator for those with limited mobility, and/or easy transport of luggage, beach items, strollers, etc. Unit 106A is on the first floor over the parking area, and has easy access to the all areas of the complex.
