Walk into this affordable, spacious two-bedroom, two-bath unit and its colorful decor immediately transports you to the islands. It is a second-floor condo and features a comfortable, open-concept, living/dining area with large sectional sofa and an updated kitchen with breakfast bar. The Master Bedroom includes a queen bed and the large second bedroom has a twin trundle and a full-size bed to easily accommodate a family or two couples. The unit is complete with a washer and dryer, so you can travel home with clean clothes. But we warn you-it's truly hard to leave here!

The Chateau La Mer neighborhood atmosphere is perfect for a peaceful get-away. There are large expanses of lawn and sidewalks along the gorgeous beach. Walk to restaurants. Cool off in the large community pool or warm up when it's heated during the winter. Try your hand at tennis or shuffleboard, located on-site. Prepare local delicacies on the complex's outdoor grills. Or make arrangements to entertain in the neighborhood clubhouse. There is no through-traffic, so families will children can easily enjoy the outdoors.
