Located just across the street from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, Chateau La Mer II is one of Destin's best neighborhoods. And this affordable two-bedroom, second floor condo is one of the nicest units in this desirable complex. The kitchen has been newly updated with new cabinets, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar that extends the seating in the large dining area.

Our open-concept living/dining area is comfortably furnished with a fresh island feel that appeals to the whole family. The master bedroom includes a comfy king-sized bed and the second bedroom has plenty of room with two queen-sized beds. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room, so there is room for eight in this spacious, bright, vacation "home-away-from-home."

Chateau La Mer II is a desirable, family-friendly neighborhood with a beautiful pool, nice playground and well-kept tennis courts. It is a short walk to a private section of the emerald surf and crystal white sand of Destin's famous beach. With in-unit WIFI, you can stay connected to the world, while leaving it all behind. And the unit contains a new washer and dryer, so there's no vacation laundry necessary when arriving back home. But we warn you-it's truly hard to leave here.
