Crescent House on Monaco in Miramar Beach is a tri-level home featuring four bedrooms, five baths, a private pool, and is on the beach side of Scenic Highway 98-only 60 steps to the beach access for glittering, turquoise waters and sugar-white sands of Destin. The home is walking distance to shopping and such popular restaurants as the beachfront Whale's Tail, and is one mile west of the Sandestin Resort, providing access to golf, tennis, shopping, nightclubs and more.

Enjoy the sea breezes from the patio or one of the decks on multi-levels of this spacious, well appointed, luxury home. Cool off in your own private pool, or join the neighbors for afternoons of fun in the large lagoon-style, resort community pool, complete with hot tub and kiddie pool. The kids will enjoy the game room, while you work out in the fitness center or relax at the Tiki bar.

The spacious kitchen features a wrap-around breakfast bar that seats four and is adjacent to the dining area with seating for an additional eight. The kitchen and dining area open to the living room, so everyone in your party has room to dine, entertain, play games or just spend time together. When you need some "alone-time," pick from one of the nicely appointed four bedrooms. The Master bedroom features a king bed and a day bed with private bath, including a double vanity and soaker tub. The second bedroom has two full-sized beds. The third bedroom features two full-sized beds and a futon and the fourth bedroom has a king bed.
