This newly updated, tastefully decorated, ground floor unit is just across the bridge from Destin, on popular Fort Walton Beach. Walk out the door and basically, your backyard is the sugary sand and emerald water of the Gulf of Mexico. There is a reason this complex is called "Emerald Isle!"

One step inside this attractive condo and you know you've chosen a great vacation home. The cool tiles floors throughout keep the space clean and inviting. The bright white kitchen features beautiful granite countertops and plenty of space and storage. The large breakfast bar seats four and is adjacent to the dining room with seating for an additional four, so the entire family can enjoy meals or play games together. The open floor plan leads you right into the comfortable, neutral, living room with sleeper sofa and large flat screen television.

The spacious Master Suite features a king-size bed and flat screen television. The adjacent Master bath extends the space and the privacy with two separate vanities--one between the Master bedroom and the bath, and one adjacent to the shower. So one member of the family can be brushing their teeth at one vanity and another member can be showering behind a closed door. It maximizes the privacy and enlarges the usable space, creating a sort of bath and one-half, allowing one bathroom to meet the needs of the whole family.

The whole family can make a splash in the large beachfront pool. Grill some local fresh seafood at the outdoor barbeque and enjoy a picnic by the ocean on the deck. Or simply relax to the soothing sound of the waves and watch the kids build sandcastles from your beach chair that's included from March to October.

Feel like a little workout? How about a game of tennis at the onsite courts? You are close to everything here. The Fort Walton Downtown Business and Entertainment District offers shopping, dining, arts, nightlife and year-round events at the lovely waterfront park, adjacent to the main streets of town. Watch the Dolphin and Sea Lion shows at the Gulfarium. Explore the Indian Temple Mound Museum in the heart of historic downtown Fort Walton Beach. Catch dinner or breathtaking sunsets from the Okaloosa Island Pier, stretching 1262 feet into the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico-no fishing license required! Or relax with wood-fired steaks and seafood at the beachfront Black Pearl Restaurant.
