This tastefully decorated vacation home offers one beautiful surprise after another. From the picturesque wall of windows overlooking the Choctawhatchee Bay to the large soaker tub, everything here speaks "relax and enjoy."

The 6-person golf cart provides easy access to the pristine beaches and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The golf cart also makes it easy to pick up those necessities at the grocery store or treat yourself to the numerous restaurants, unique shops, and other Sandestin attractions.

Sitting on your private deck you can unwind with a view of the of the Choctawhatchee Bay, the lakes on the fairway or the beautiful sunrises.

This charming end unit has a spacious open floor plan including three bedrooms and three full bathrooms with new beds and furniture. The fully-equipped kitchen with washer and dryer opens to the large living and dining area. The dining table seats eight and has a pop-out leaf to serve more. The comfy sectional sofa in the living room faces more windows and the large wall-mounted flat screen television, so there's plenty of room for the whole family to curl up and watch movies or enjoy the scenery.

The downstairs offers a bedroom with king bed and full bathroom. The open staircase leads to the large Master Suite, complete with a king-sized bed, private bath with garden soaker tub, separate shower, walk-in closet, flat screen television and more views of those coastal landscapes. The additional bedroom upstairs has two full-size beds, a large closet, it's own private bath and of course, a flat screen television. All beds and TV's are new as of June 2013. Blue-Ray DVD player with Netflix option and high-speed WIFI are available throughout.

This home is located in the quiet, relaxing Fairways community on the bay side of Sandestin and has a true neighborhood feel. The Sandestin Owners Club offers one of many pools just down the street. Take a walk, bike or jog around the lakes and bay, and remember there is a tunnel under Highway 98 that takes you straight to the beach.

You could spend your entire vacation in Sandestin. It offers everything you need for a memorable vacation-four award-winning golf courses, numerous neighborhood pools, abundant dining and shopping, spa services and more. Or take advantage of everything nearby Destin or 30-A has to offer.
