Are you tired of waiting on elevators in noisy, crowded high-rises? How does stepping off your balcony right onto the sand sound? This three-bedroom/three-and one-half bath townhome is located right on beautiful Miramar Beach with gorgeous views of the "The Emerald Coast." And with balconies on every level, no one will miss the sea breezes, sights or sounds of the Gulf of Mexico—just outside your door.

This low-rise complex is simple—no swimming pool or tennis courts. But when you have an amenity as special as this stretch of the Gulf, what else do you need? True beach lovers will delight in the peace and quiet that only these older, smaller properties can offer. No more elevators and long walks to the beach; you can even leave your beach chairs at the bottom of your stairs. This is what living on the beach is all about!

The townhouse is divided into three levels. The first level has a garage and one of the guest rooms with a queen bed, private full bath and easy beach access. For your comfort, this area is heated and cooled by a separate unit.

The open-concept living/dining and kitchen are located on the second level. The living room features a sleeper sofa; the dining area has a table for six with three more seats at the breakfast bar. The bright, white kitchen is perfect for preparing memorable meals. And there is a half bath for your convenience. Step out onto the balcony and take in the glorious panoramic vista—this is why you came!

The complex is adjacent to The Whale's Tail restaurant and only a mile from a grocery store and the Silver Sands Premium Outlet Shoppes—one of the nation's largest designer outlet centers. Henderson State Park with a nature trail, playground and pavilions for picnicking and grilling, is 5.5 miles west.

Miramar Beach is a nostalgic beach community that showcases what Destin was like before it was discovered by the masses and the high-rises replaced its sun-kissed dunes. And although it has that classic coastal feel, you can still find the modern amenities and activities that please the whole family. Water sports, fabulous restaurants, and great shopping are all nearby.

The complex was built in the 1980's and retains its classic coastal charm. Modern conveniences like keyless entry, washer/dryer, 24/7 Guest Help line, and free WIFI are yours to enjoy. At Gulf Sands you have an older property with a million-dollar view that's easy on the wallet.
