If you are ready to leave the noisy, crowded high-rises and elevators behind to experience classic Florida coastal living, then our "right on the beach" townhouse is just what you need. This traditional low-rise complex is simple—no swimming pool or tennis courts. But when you have an amenity as special as this stretch of the Gulf, what else do you need? True beach lovers will delight in the peace and quiet that only these older, smaller properties can offer.

Uncluttered beaches, leaving your beach chairs propped against the stairs, toasting the sunset with your closest friends and family—this is the "Florida of Yesteryear." Relax with your morning coffee or late afternoon cocktail while being serenaded by the rhythmic waves and the melancholy calls of local seagulls. Easy, laid-back, no muss, no fuss, "come-as-you-are" beach living. This is the life!

This three-bedroom, three-and-one-half bath has views from three different levels. The first level has a walk-through garage, washer/dryer and access to one of the guest rooms. This spacious bedroom has two queen beds and a separate seating area, its own private full bath, and a deck with steps leading straight to the beach. Please note that this bedroom has a separate air unit to keep the temperature comfortable.

The colorful, coastal inspired living room, kitchen and dining room are on the main (second) floor and provide the perfect spot for your group to plan your day. Step out onto the balcony to enjoy the sea breezes and the dazzling view. The bright, airy kitchen is fully equipped and includes a breakfast bar—perfect for serving and entertaining. The dining table seats six with room for two more at the bar. And this level also includes a half-bath for your convenience.

The master suite is on the third floor and features a king bed, private bath and balcony so you can enjoy that glorious view from the privacy of your room. Also upstairs is another guest room with a queen bed and access to the third full bath.

The complex is adjacent to The Whale's Tail restaurant and only a mile from a grocery store and the Silver Sands Premium Outlet Shoppes—one of the nation's largest designer outlet centers. Henderson State Park with a pet-friendly nature trail, playground and pavilions for picnicking and grilling, is 5.5 miles west.

The complex was built in the 1980's and retains its classic coastal charm. Modern conveniences like keyless entry, washer/dryer, 24/7 Guest Help line, and free WIFI are yours to enjoy. At Gulf Sands you have an older property with a million-dollar view that's easy on the wallet.
