This classic Florida townhome complex is true beach living—directly on the beach! Step right out onto the gorgeous sugar-white sand from this large, three-level townhome. The traditional low-rise complex is simple—no swimming pool or tennis courts. But when you have an amenity as special as this stretch of the Gulf, what else do you need? Beach lovers will delight in the peace and quiet that only these older, smaller properties can offer.

No high-rises. No elevators. Just you, the sand, the surf, the sun and fewer crowds, making this a truly relaxing vacation for the whole family. And the views are spectacular from every level, with balconies and easy beach access. Spend the day on the beach and prop your chairs on the stairs at night. This is how gulf living was meant to be!

The townhouse was designed with large families in mind. The lower level offers two adjoining guest rooms, a shared bath, washer/dryer, and easy beach access from the balcony. The larger room contains a full-sized bed and a sitting area with a sleeper sofa. The adjoining bedroom has two twin beds and direct access to the balcony and beach. This level's temperature is controlled from a separate window unit.

The second level offers a spacious open-concept living/dining area with French doors leading to the balcony and that glorious view. Dine al fresco with the sea breezes or at the large dining table and breakfast bar. There is also a sleeper sofa on this level, so everyone has a comfy place to rest. The light, airy kitchen is fully equipped and perfect for preparing memorable meals and your "fresh catch." For your convenience, a half-bath completes this level.

The master suite and additional guest room are located on the third level. The large master includes a king bed, flat-screen TV, incredible view and a private bath with separate vanity. The additional guest room on this level features a king bed and a private bath.

Miramar Beach is a nostalgic beach community with that classic coastal feel, But you can still find the modern amenities and activities that please the whole family. Water sports, fabulous restaurants, and great shopping are all nearby.

Gulf Sands West is a perfect location--walk to several popular restaurants including Kenny D's, Captain Dave's on the Gulf, and Pompano Joe's. You are less than three miles from groceries, Destin Commons and the Silver Sands Premium Outlets--one of the nation's largest designer outlet centers. And Henderson State Park with a pet-friendly nature trail, playground and pavilions for picnicking and grilling, is only four miles away.

The complex was built in the 1980's and retains its classic coastal charm. Modern conveniences like keyless entry, washer/dryer, 24/7 Guest Help line, and free WIFI are yours to enjoy. At Gulf Sands you have an older property with a million-dollar view that's easy on the wallet.
