Step right onto the sand from our quaint Gulf-front townhome on gorgeous Miramar Beach in popular Destin, FL. Reminiscent of the quieter, less-crowded days in the "World's Luckiest Fishing Village," this low-rise townhouse complex is directly on the beach. Built to take full advantage of the incredible view of the Gulf of Mexico, you won't find swimming pools, tennis courts, shuffleboard or playgrounds on this classic property. But when you have the Gulf of Mexico as your playground, what else do you need? True beach lovers will delight in the peace and quiet that only these older, smaller properties can offer.

Built with large families in mind, this three-level townhouse has glorious views from all levels. The ground floor has two adjacent bedrooms with a shared bath. One bedroom features two queen beds and the other includes two twin beds. There is also direct beach access and a washer and dryer on this level. For your comfort, this level is heated and cooled by a separate window unit.

The family area on the second level is cool and comfortable with tile floors. The large, sliding doors open to a balcony where you can take in the view and enjoy your morning coffee or dine outdoors, serenaded by the lapping surf and the sea breezes. The open-concept living and dining areas provide the perfect gathering spot for the whole family. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your "fresh catch" of the day. For your convenience, a half bath completes this level.

The master suite and additional guest room are located on the third level. The master has a king bed, gorgeous views and private bath with separate vanity. The guest room on this floor includes a queen bed and full bath. White wicker and tropical linens make this a cozy respite.

Miramar Beach is a nostalgic beach community with that classic coastal feel, But you can still find the modern amenities and activities that please the whole family. Water sports, fabulous restaurants, and great shopping are all nearby.

Gulf Sands West is a perfect location--walk to several popular restaurants including Kenny D's, Captain Dave's on the Gulf, and Pompano Joe's. You are less than three miles from groceries, Destin Commons and the Silver Sands Premium Outlets--one of the nation's largest designer outlet centers. And Henderson State Park with a pet-friendly nature trail, playground and pavilions for picnicking and grilling, is only four miles away.

The complex was built in the 1980's and retains its classic coastal charm. Modern conveniences like keyless entry, washer/dryer, 24/7 Guest Help line, and free WIFI are yours to enjoy. At Gulf Sands you have an older property with a million-dollar view that's easy on the wallet.
