Uncluttered beaches, leaving your beach chairs propped against the stairs, toasting the sunset with your closest friends and family—this is the "Florida of Yesteryear." Relax with your morning coffee or late afternoon cocktail while being serenaded by the rhythmic waves and the melancholy calls of local seagulls. Easy, laid-back, no muss, no fuss, "come-as-you-are" beach living. This is the life!

The complex was built in the 1980's and retains its classic coastal charm. Modern conveniences like keyless entry, washer/dryer, 24/7 Guest Help line, and free WIFI are yours to enjoy. At Gulf Sands you have an older property with a million-dollar view that's easy on the wallet.

Designed for large families and groups, this three-level townhouse has glorious views from all levels. The ground floor has two adjacent bedrooms with a shared bath. The larger bedroom has two queen beds and the other has two twins with an entrance to the balcony and beach. The full bath and washer/dryer complete this level. For your convenience, a separate window unit regulates the temperature in the ground floor rooms.

Stretch out, relax and enjoy family time together on the second floor, complete with sleeper sofa, dining room and fully equipped kitchen—perfect for creating memorable meals. Sliding doors open to the balcony and that glorious view. Dine al fresco, watch the kids play on the sand, or savor some peace and quiet with that first cup of morning coffee while the pelicans float by on their way to their favorite fishing spot. A half-bath on this level is convenient and close.

Upstairs on the third level, you will find the master suite and an additional guest room. The master features a king bed, flat screen TV, incredible view and private bath with separate vanity. The guest room on this floor has a king bed and private bath.

Miramar Beach is a nostalgic beach community with that classic coastal feel, But you can still find the modern amenities and activities that please the whole family. Water sports, fabulous restaurants, and great shopping are all nearby.

Gulf Sands West is a perfect location--walk to several popular restaurants including Kenny D's, Captain Dave's on the Gulf, and Pompano Joe's. You are less than three miles from groceries, Destin Commons and the Silver Sands Premium Outlets--one of the nation's largest designer outlet centers. And Henderson State Park with a pet-friendly nature trail, playground and pavilions for picnicking and grilling, is only four miles away.
