Splash in the sparkling neighborhood pool-just outside your door, or walk to the emerald waters and crystal white sands of the Gulf of Mexico.

Come home after a long day at the beach and relax in comfort in this 2-bedroom/2.5-bath, 3-level townhouse. The first floor features a private, one-car garage, so your car is protected from the salt-spray. There is also plenty of room for storage for your beach chairs, floats, coolers, etc. And pass the time on the swing while you are waiting for dinner to finish on the grill.

The open-concept main living area on the second floor includes a bright, updated kitchen with granite and tile, a dining table that seats four, and a comfy leather sofa and large flat screen television. Dine inside or out on the covered balcony, overlooking the pool and the beautiful canal. For your convenience, there is also an updated half-bath on this level with granite vanity.

Upstairs, you will find two spacious bedrooms and two full baths, providing everyone with privacy and restful slumber. The Master Bedroom features a Queen bed and a pretty arched window, bathing the room in light during the day, but with nice drapes to close at night. The second bedroom provides plenty of sleeping room with a Queen bed and two twin beds.

Isla Blanca is a great location for the water enthusiast and beach lover. It features lush landscaping, a nice, grassy courtyard and beautiful community pool-all in a friendly, waterfront community. In fact, many of the owners reside here year-round, or have second homes here. Feel right at home with the true neighborhood vibe in this seaside locale.
