Relax in island cottage comfort in this newly remodeled one-bedroom/one-bath, pet-friendly condo. Located on the second floor of the popular beachside community of Sandpiper Cove, it features a private deck with an expansive view of the sparkling, seasonally heated pool and lush, green golf course.

The fully equipped kitchen features a pass-through breakfast bar with two barstools. The dining table has colorful seating for four and the cool, tile floors in the living/dining area add to the beach ambiance. The living room features a new sleeper sofa, so bring the kids! They will also enjoy watching a Blu-Ray movie on the 42" flat screen TV.

The bedroom features a queen bed and television. The newly redone bath has beautiful travertine tile and new fixtures.

Chill-out by the pool or enjoy the beach, which is only five minutes away. Your rental includes the daily use of two beach chairs and an umbrella—already set up for your convenience from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from March-September.

This is not a high-rise complex; the buildings are only two story. So you won't be overrun with neighbors and the private beaches have plenty of room for the residents and guests of Sandpiper. Your pups and kids will enjoy the large expanses of grass and nice walking areas, away from major streets. And the on-site laundry facilities ensure that you can travel home with clean clothes!

Everything you need is nearby including Target and Walmart. Destin offers so many different recreational activities; there is something for every member of the family.
