This family friendly neighborhood is located one block from the gorgeous beaches of Destin and the famous Pompano Joe's restaurant—featured as one of the hottest beach bars on the Travel Channel. This affordable unit has been recently redone with new tile floors, new furniture and a new sleeper sofa.

Your family will love the beautifully landscaped pool area, which is right outside your patio and complete with several grills where you can prepare our famed, local, fresh seafood. Your stay also includes use of the clubhouse exercise equipment, just in case you want more than a leisurely stroll along the shore.

The open living and dining area is perfect for relaxing, watching your favorite show on the flat screen TV, or playing cards or board games. The bright kitchen is well-equipped and allows the chef to be a part of family activities.

The bedroom is cool and comfortably decorated in coastal cottage chic. There is a second flat screen TV in the bedroom and access to the full bath featuring a new vanity. The unit includes a washer and dryer so you won't face loads of laundry upon your return back home (if you can bring yourself to leave)!
