This is truly your own slice of paradise, just across from the emerald waters and pristine white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Our spacious, tri-level home offers plenty of privacy and is perfect for families that enjoy the comfort of home while on vacation.

The main living area is located on the second floor, which takes advantage of the expansive gulf views from the balcony. The fully equipped kitchen contains everything you need to create memorable family meals. The breakfast bar and dining table provide seating for eight while there is also a table on the balcony that seats an additional four. The balcony is also the perfect spot for enjoying the sea breezes and sounds of the surf with your early morning coffee, late afternoon cocktail or romantic, candlelight dinner.

The second level also contains one of your guest rooms, complete with queen bed, and one of your four bathrooms. The cool, tiled floors and colorful furnishings set the tone for a perfect beach vacation. Light, bright and airy, this home invites you to stretch out on the chaise lounge or curl up on the comfy sofa which is also a sleeper sofa. Relax and watch the world go by, or tune it to your favorite movie on the flat screen television that hides away in the armoire when you aren't using it.

Enter on the ground floor level from the back of the home, right next to where you park your car. So bringing in your luggage is easy. On this level you will find one of the two Master suites and one of the additional guest rooms. This Master suite features a king size bed, separate shower, whirlpool tub, double sinks, armoire with TV and small fridge and a secluded balcony. The Guest Room on this floor has two queen size beds and private bath. And the laundry room is located on this floor as well. So you can wash all your clothes before packing to go home. But we warn you-you may not want to leave!

The third floor of this beautiful home is dedicated to the expansive Master suite with incredible gulf views from the private balcony. It features a luxurious king-sized bed, private, separate bathroom and the armoire contains your television and a small frig, so keep your morning orange juice or your late night champagne within easy reach.

This house is located on the famed scenic Highway 30-a. This 20 mile stretch of unspoiled beach communities is accessible not only by car, but also by a paved walking, biking, or jogging trail. You are close to everything the area has to offer:
