One of Fort Walton Beach's more sought after condominium complexes, Waters Edge is a winner of the Okaloosa Island Beautification Award. Across the bridge and a world away from the crowds, Fort Walton Beach is close to everything, but offers a relaxing and restful "get-away-from-it-all."

This third floor, three-bedroom, two-bath unit has easy access (including handicapped), from the covered parking garage and features a gulf-side coastline view from the balcony and master bedroom. It has been professionally decorated in a tropical theme with artistic touches such as a painted wall mural and entertainment center.

The open living and dining area have cool tile floors and access to the private balcony with gorgeous coastline gulf views from the west side of the building. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and everything you need to create memorable meals. The living room features a queen sleeper sofa. The dining table seats four and the bar area seats two (while doing double-duty as a serving bar for entertaining).

The master suite features a king bed and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors onto the balcony where you can enjoy (depending on the time of year), either the spectacular sunrises or sunsets over the gulf. Enjoy the coastaline view from the bedroom as well. The large master bath has a separate garden tub with a walk-in shower, and the suite also includes a large walk-in closet.

There are two guest bedrooms. One features a queen bed and the third is a bunkroom with two comfy bunk beds. Both bedrooms have televisions, so the kids will love having their own TV.

Fort Walton is just across the bridge from Destin, so you are close to everything here. The Fort Walton Downtown Business and Entertainment District offers shopping, dining, arts, nightlife and year-round events at the lovely waterfront park, adjacent to the main streets of town. Watch the Dolphin and Sea Lion shows at the Gulfarium. Explore the Indian Temple Mound Museum in the heart of historic downtown Fort Walton Beach. Catch dinner or breathtaking sunsets from the Okaloosa Island Pier, stretching 1262 feet into the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico-no fishing license required! Or relax with wood-fired steaks and seafood at the beachfront Black Pearl Restaurant.
