Centrally located in Rosemary Beach, this bright and cheery sunlit Rosemary Beach Carriage House, "Beau Soleil" has a very comfortable living space, full kitchen, full bathroom and loft bedroom. Only 2 blocks to on-property dining and shopping and a very short walk to the beach! Most of the walk is on the Walking / Biking path and not on a Street. Just go out the front of the home and head south about 50 yards to the end of Round Road and pick up the walking / biking path the rest of the way to the beach.

The nearest of four Rosemary Beach Pools ('Coquina Pool') is also a short walk being only a tenth of a mile to the east of this home...less than a two minute walk.

The linens are 530 thread count 100% Egyptian cotton. The towels are 18lb, 100% combed ring spun cotton.

Upon entering this Rosemary Beach carriage house you will find a queen bed in the loft area and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room providing accommodations for sleeping 4 comfortably. A dining room table has three chairs and a bench to seat four for meals. The living room has a couch and two chairs that seat four guests comfortably to watch the 2015 purchased HD Smart TV to Stream Netflix shows or movies. A DVD Player is hooked up to the TV as well.

The bathroom features a custom line of organic shampoos and soaps for bathing needs. Also provided are three rolls of cottenelle tissue paper and hand soap dispenser.

A washer and dryer (in garage) as well as an iron and ironing board are provided at the Carriage House. Two Beach Cruiser Bikes are also provided during your stay. There is no dedicated spot in the garage for parking for this carriage house because there are so many bikes, chairs and floats provided for the main house. The main house gets the one space open to park one of their 3-4 cars. Guest parking hang tags are provided for street parking. Round Rd is a quiet street and generally street parking is available just 3-5 car lengths from the carriage house.

Rosemary Beach has 4 private pools, (one is heated), tennis courts, fitness center, private beach, 2 large greens overlooking the Gulf, and many boutique shops and restaurants for your enjoyment.

The town of Rosemary Beach, located along the Emerald coast in Florida's panhandle, is a stunning example of new urbanism. Restaurants, coffee shop, book store, retail stores, art galleries, bank, post office, hair salon, fitness center, tennis center, 4 community pools, chapel and the beach - all in a walkable environment, accessible via a network of boardwalks and pathways create a true, livable beach community.

Guests will be given access cards to the beach and all four Rosemary Beach pools (including one indoor pool). Tennis courts, a fitness center and beach set-ups (chairs and umbrellas) are available on-site on a fee basis.

This carriage house has everything you need for a great and relaxing vacation. The beach, plus all the dining, shopping and amenities Rosemary Beach has to offer are just steps away!

RESERVATION / BOOKING POLICY
• A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking
• Except for the booking fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 90 days prior to the arrival date
• Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date
• We accept Visa, M/C & Discover credit cards
• Security deposits are due, via credit card, 3 days prior to check-in and will be returned within 14 days from the date of departure and after verification with Paradise Beach Rentals that there are no additional charges due to damage, lost/damaged linens or excessive cleaning. Security Deposit is $300.

CHECK IN IS AT 3:00 PM AND CHECK OUT IS BY 9:00 AM.
