'Bon Temps', a Rosemary Beach vacation rental South of 30A has never been on a rental program prior to summer 2014. You would think it was built specifically for family vacations with an incredible open living layout with a space for the kids on the 1st floor and massive living space on the 2nd floor.

Enjoy the private pool and outdoor living area. The pool is the perfect gathering spot to cool off, relax and unwind.

Not only is it a very short walk to the beach, most of that walk is on the Walking / Biking path and not on a Street. Just go out the front of the home and head south about 50 yards to the end of Round Road and pick up the walking / biking path the rest of the way to the beach.

The nearest of four Rosemary Beach Pools ('Coquina Pool') is just as short of a walk being just a tenth of a mile to the east of this home. Just under a two minute walk.

The linens are 530 thread count 100% Egyptian cotton. The towels are 18lb, 100% combed ring spun cotton.

All five of the full bathrooms feature a custom line of organic shampoos and soaps for bathing needs. Also provided are hand soap dispensers and two rolls of cottenelle tissue paper per bathrooms.

There is a pack and play and a strap on high chair at the property if you are bringing a little one with you.
