Salty Paws Bungalow

Newly renovated bungalow, with upscale decor! New owners are anxious to host guests who want a beach stay that offers comfort, quality, convenience AND a charming ambience! Our Salty Paws private retreat, Unit 134, has 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms and is located in the Bungalows at Seagrove, a sought after location on 30A. In addition to the sugar white sands, the Seagrove area is rich with charm, and boasts many outdoor activities, shopping and is very walkable to great restaurants. Our bungalow is just two blocks from the beach, and just steps from the community pools and hot tub. The other popular areas of Seaside, Watercolor and Grayton Beach are very short bike rides away.
Salty Paws is freshly painted, has new flooring, and all new tasteful furniture and accessories, carefully chosen by the new owners, all completed in December 2015. The downstairs has an open floor plan with dining seating for 6 in addition to 3 at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully stocked in anticipation of your needs. You will find a convenient half bath downstairs was well as a brand new, full size, washer and dryer, making it a breeze to wash and dry those beach towels! With a new queen size pull-out sofa, there are sleeping accommodations for up to six. A flat screen and Sony Blu-Ray DVD player with free high speed WIFI are provided.
Two bedrooms with adjoining baths are upstairs, the Master has a King size bed (brand new mattress) and the 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed. Both have flat screen televisions and new bedding and linens. Both bedrooms also open up to the upper porch which gives you a view of the pools and the palm trees. A perfect tranquil spot for a cup of coffee in the mornings or a glass of wine in the evenings!
To make those trips to the beach as easy and fun as possible, we provide beach toys for the kids, beach chairs, and a wagon to carry it all!
For our guests with furry friends, we provide pet friendly amenities, such as food and water bowls and a medium and large size pet crate.
Parking is just steps from the door, making if definitely one of the most conveniently located in the Bungalows.
Seagrove is truly a dream vacation spot. There are so many things to do, fishing, swimming, hiking, shopping, fine dining, in addition to just relaxing. We would love to have you as our guests in our family vacation rental.All rates subject to cleaning fee, damage waiver fee, non-refundable pet fee and 11.5% tax.

Reservation/ booking policy:
• a 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. Balance of payment is due 120 days prior to arrival date.
• Check in is at 3:00 pm (earlier check in possible if unit gets cleaned quickly) & check out is by 9:00 am
• Security deposits are due via credit card, 7 days prior to check-in and will be returned within 7-14 days from the date of departure and after verification with Paradise Beach Rentals that there are no additional charges due to damage, lost/damaged linens, or excessive cleaning. Security Deposit is $100.

Upon check out, you have the option to add trip insurance. The coverage has a list of cancelation reasons and we can provide links to that product's coverage prior to your booking with us so you know what it covers.
