Starry Nights

Upon entering, you will feel right at home and ready to settle in to enjoy your stay at the beach. The main floor features an open, flowing floor plan. The great room includes a flat screen TV and comfortable seating. The kitchen has beautiful granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, and breakfast bar. A fully equipped laundry room, off the kitchen, includes a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. Just outside of the laundry, there is an outdoor shower.

There is one guest room on the main level which includes a queen bed and a private bath with shower and bathtub. The master suite is on the second level and features a queen bed, sitting area, large closets as well as a full sized crib. The master has a private balcony with two lounge chairs and ottomans. The master bath has double sinks, garden soaking tub and separate shower. The third guest room is located on the second floor with a queen bed and two bunks. This bedroom also has its own private porch, a private bath with shower and bathtub.

The third floor "crow's nest" has an office/sitting area with couch and chair. The crow's nest opens to a roof top deck offering a glimpse of the ocean and a great place to enjoy those "Starry Nights". Here you will find outdoor seating for four. This is an awesome place to view firework shows (you can see 5 or 6 different shows from Destin to Panama City Beach, Rosemary, Alys, etc.) for the 4th of July! We call this the "Zen" room because it is sooooo relaxing!

Did we mention that this home is completely outfitted for children?! Not only is there a full size crib but also a high-chair strap on seat, radio flyer wagon and a baby gate attachment for the front wrap-around porch. This makes an awesome, secure play area for the kids!

This home is WiFi enabled in case you need to work while away or keep in touch!

There is so much to do in the area. You can walk or bike to the Villages of South Walton, Rosemary Beach or Alys Beach where you will find shops, wonderful restaurants, tapas & chocolate bar, coffee-shop, spa and a candy-store for the children!

Starry, Starry Nights...

Starry Nights is located in the private community of Seacrest Beach. Seacrest is a great location where you can take advantage of being in the center of the best of all worlds - between Rosemary and Alys Beach communities. One of the primary features of Seacrest Beach is the award winning 12,000 square foot lagoon style swimming pool featuring multiple-levels, waterfalls, fountains and two bath houses. It is truly beautiful! A short 1 1/2 block walk down the brick paved, palm tree lined street will lead you to the pool.

Want to spend time at the beach? Starry Nights is a short 5 minute walk to the private beach access. You can also take advantage of the FREE tram service with front door pick-up. We can't think of a more relaxed way to get your family and ALL your gear to the beach! There is also have a wagon to haul your stuff if you choose to walk, FOUR backpack beach chairs are provided for your stay.

Rates listed below DO NOT include housekeeping, taxes or damage insurance.

RESERVATION / BOOKING POLICY
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking
- Except for the booking fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 120 days prior to the arrival date
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date
- We accept Visa, M/C & Discover credit cards
- Security deposits are due, via credit card, 7 days prior to check-in and will be returned within 7-14 days from the date of departure and after verification with Paradise Beach Rentals that there are no additional charges due to damage, lost/damaged linens or excessive cleaning. Security Deposit is $150 ($300 during Spring Break Weeks in March and April).

Upon check out, you have the option to add trip insurance. The coverage has a list of cancelation reasons and we can provide links to that product's coverage prior to your booking with us so you know what it covers.
