Relax at Toes in the Sand! Located just steps from the beach in the highly desirable community of Seagrove, with beautiful beach views and large deck where you can watch the dolphins swim in the surf.

This unit was renovated in 2014. Renovations included floors, paint, furniture and mattresses throughout the unit, hot water heater, Carrier A/C & Heating unit, doors, linens, pillows, etc.

The Master Bedroom has a King Size bed, dressers, 40" SMART HDTV with a Netflix streaming subscription and a Blue-Ray DVD player.

The 2nd bedroom has twin bunk beds and a Queen Size bed along with a 37" HDTV mounted on the wall with swing arm for easy viewing.

The kitchen has granite counter tops, back splash, sink & faucet, silverware, plates, knives, utensils, cookware, coffee maker, teapot, toaster oven, popcorn maker, and much more!

The living area features a 55" HDTV Smart TV that includes Netflix streaming subscription, HD Cable, and a Blu-Ray DVD Player. For seating, there is a couch, which is also a Queen Size sleeper sofa with upgraded memory foam mattress. Another love seat and chair makes seating for six for movies and shows. The gathering table seats six comfortably, but there is an insert at the unit that can be inserted to accommodate seating for 8 to dine comfortably.

All 2.5 bathrooms have upgraded vanities & fixtures, toilets, sinks, mirrors, towel bars and lighting.

The patio furniture accommodates dining for six and includes an umbrella for protection from the sun during hot summer days along with two lounge chairs.

RESERVATION / BOOKING POLICY A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking Except for the booking fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 120 days prior to the arrival date Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date We accept Visa, M/C & Discover credit cards Security deposits are due, via credit card, 7 days prior to check-in and will be returned within 7-14 days from the date of departure and after verification with Paradise Beach Rentals that there are no additional charges due to damage, lost/damaged linens or excessive cleaning. Security Deposit is $200.
CHECK IN IS AT 4:00 PM AND CHECK OUT IS BY 10:00 AM.
