This 5 bedroom vacation home is situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac beside a small natural lake. Located on the Silver Creek development, the villa is only minutes away from the popular 192 highway with its many shops, restaurants and attractions and within easy reach of all the major highways for those trips further afield.

The Disney Complex is just a 10-20 minute drive away and the nightly fireworks can be seen from the upper Master Bedroom. We are within an hour drive of Sanford airport and less than 30 minutes from Orlando International airport. Needless to say, this spacious Villa has all you will need to relax and unwind at the end of a busy day exploring Central Florida.
This stunning vacation home is furnished to a high standard with 5 Bedrooms and 4 Bathrooms. The living accommodation is light and spacious throughout with all rooms generously proportioned. As would be expected from a high quality home there is an oversized heated Swimming Pool with separate Jacuzzi, a large Deck Area with Table, Chairs and reclining Sun Loungers & Barbeque. For days when you need to cool down there is a covered Lanai with Ceiling Fan. The unique Florida netting screens the pool keeping insects at bay whilst allowing the Florida Sun to penetrate freely during the day. All fresh linen and ample towels are provided. An iron, hairdryers, stair safety gate, travel cot, strollers and 2 bicycles are provided for your use.
Family Room
A spacious open plan Family Room overlooking the Pool area with Patio Doors leading to the Lanai. The Family Room has ample comfortable seating with the larger sofa converting into a Queen sized Bed (if required). There is a large screen TV with numerous cable channels, DVD player, Music Centre and PlayStation 2. There is a selection of DVD's, CD's, Books and popular board games for your further enjoyment.

Kitchen & Nook
The large Kitchen is open plan with dining table and six chairs and is fully fitted with Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker etc, everything you are likely to need. For peace of mind there is a Fire Extinguisher and a First Aid Kit.

Second Seating Lounge
The Villa has the added advantage of a second, separate seating lounge, a quiet area to relax and enjoy a drink and listen to music.

Master Suites 1 & 2
There are 2 Master Suites which each have a King Sized Bed, twin Nightstands, Dressing Table, Mirror, TV/DVD, Hairdryer and Alarm Clock. There are walk-in wardrobes with ample hanging and storage space. The large bathrooms have walk-in showers, WC & vanity units and corner baths. The lower Suite has the added advantage of a door to the pool area.

Queen Room
The Queen Room on the lower level is furnished with a nightstand and dresser, TV and alarm clock. This room also enjoys an en-suite bathroom.

Twin Rooms
Each room has cable TV, Twin Beds with a Nightstand and Lamp and share a Jack & Jill Bathroom. Both rooms are adjacent to the upper Master Suite for your added peace of mind if you have younger children. The Disney themed room has a children's toy-box and stair safety gate.

Pool Area
The Heated Pool is larger than average at 30ft long x 15ft wide. The Jacuzzi may be heated quickly and separately from the Pool. The Deck Area is also oversized allowing plenty of space for 4 reclining Sun Loungers, small Drinks Table, Barbeque, Patio Table and Rocking Chairs. A Pool table is also provided under the covered lanai.
Cinema Room
The state of the art home cinema room features a large flat screen with Blu-Ray DVD player and surround sound. Also featuring internet access which can be viewed on the large screen.

The seating is provided by the latest in luxury and comfort recliners with arm mounted cup holders for your beer and soda!
