Porch is screened in with table and chairs. Ocean/Dune access and Cayman Pool are steps away. This unit can be rented as a 2-bedroom. One bedroom can be locked-out (your choice on bedroom lock-out). A 2-bedroom price would apply if rented as a 2-bedroom. There are 2.5 bathrooms to this condo. A departure cleaning fee of $125 will apply to a rental whether rented as 2 or 3-bedrooms. IN ADDITION TO THE TOTAL RENTAL PRICE SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE THERE IS A DEPARTURE CLEANING FEE OF $125.00 AND A REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT DUE UPON CHECK IN.
