In the main Living room the floors are tiled, a white leather sectional and two comfortable swivel chairs wrap around the antique looking wall unit. The TV jumps in size to 40 in+ with a DVD Player centered in a solid walnut entertainment center. The Dining room is dressed with a modern mahogany wood style table with 6 lattice backed chairs and placed below a modern brushed nickel chandelier. There are granite counters, a side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker in the Spacious fully equipped kitchen. The balcony in completely screened in dressed with outdoor carpeting, a table with 2 chairs, an overhead fan with light and shutters too!!! Owner offers WiFi at no cost to you.
