The newest addition of OV has two bedrooms and two baths. Kitchen is tiled with Corian counters, white appliances and recessed lighting. Kitchen comes fully equipped. Living area has berber carpets (beige) with traditional furniture, flat screen TV w/ DVD player and ceiling fan. Dinning Room seats 4 in a modern wood and rattan style set. All Bedrooms are carpeted in beige berber. The master bedroom is fitted with a queen size bed, a 30 in+ TV, a walk-in closet and a ceiling fan as well. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twins and a double closets. The balcony is open with no screening and furnished with an outdoor table and chairs. The "Ocean House" condos have their own association private pool and guests are welcome to this pool and all other "Ocean Village" pools. This condo does not offer WiFi-Internet however our 4 clubhouses as well as our library located near the main pool does.
Refundable damage deposit of $500 due at check in along with departure cleaning fee of $105.00
