Comfortable furnishings in the Living Room are accented by a gas fireplace, large screen TV, WiFi and cable with internet movie access (HBO and Netflick). The granite kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, and a unique round pass-through into the living area. There is a walkout balcony with a panoramic view overlooking the beach and the bay.

The Second Bedroom, located on the main floor, is furnished with a Queen bed and a view of the Bay.
The spacious Loft has 2 Twin Beds and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The loft can function as a private bedroom or an open bedroom overlooking the living space below. There is an Italian-style balcony off of the Loft with a view of the beach.
A Garage is right outside the building entrance, with room for 1 car and storage for bicycles and beach supplies.
All amenities that Ocean Village has to offer are at your disposal, including a short access walk to the beach, several pools, golf, tennis, bicycling, and 2 restaurants.
