There are plenty of entertaining spaces in this property, so it's ideal for extended families who want a bit of extra space: as well as the family lounge, den and formal lounge the property also has a games room with pool table, dartboard and air hockey table.

Property description
The beautiful interior is very well appointed and the wonderful pool and deck area features an extended lanai with patio set - a fantastic family space we're sure will fast become the focal point of your vacation. Please note that, as with many Florida properties, pool heat is not included in the price. We recommend arranging this for a small additional fee (currently $30 per day) if you are staying at the property between October and April.

A large open-plan kitchen and family room leads straight on to the pool area. The kitchen is well appointed, including a breakfast table, and is a lovely spot in which to start the day. The family lounge has a 42" flat screen cable TV and a Playstation with a selection of games. There's an extra, formal living room to the front of the property and a formal dining area.

The master suite is also located on the ground floor and overlooks the pool. It features a king-size four-poster bed, walk-in wardrobe, LCD TV, and a luxurious en-suite with corner bath and walk-in shower.

Upstairs you'll find another family seating area with corner sofa, widescreen TV and games table - so there are plenty of living spaces for your whole party.
There are four bedrooms upstairs: two generous doubles (both with en-suite) and two twins (which share the family bathroom). The first twin has a pirate theme, the other has a Disney Princess theme.

This home is exceptionally well appointed and has a lovely South-facing pool & guests can enjoy the complimentary BBQ / grill. It is situated on a very pleasant resort. On the resort, you'll find a large pool complex, kids play area, attractive club house, putting green, & a volleyball court. You have free access to all these facilities when you book this home. The location is ideal for exploring Florida's many theme parks, areas of outstanding natural beauty and many other attractions of the Central Florida area.
