The villa is furnished to a high standard throughout. At the heart of the home is a large open-plan kitchen/ lounger/diner which looks out on the south-west facing, screened pool area. Out by the pool and jacuzzi you'll find comfortable sunloungers and a perfect al fresco dining area; it's a great spot to unwind in the Florida sunshine after another hectic day at the theme parks. Fantastic for families.

The main living space is an open-plan kitchen/ diner/ family room. The rear family room is an immaculate, carpeted lounge area with large, flat-screen TV and sliding doors giving access through to the pool area. The large, well-appointed kitchen has a splendid breakfast bar which seats four, behind which is a casual dining area (again seating up to four people). Separate utility room with washer and dryer leads off the kitchen.

A more formal dining area is to the front of the home and accommodates eight people. Beyond the formal dining area is a second cosy lounge area with comfy sofas-ahh; quiet time!

Great family games room with sofa. As well as being fully air-conditioned, the window provides natural light, so this is a really pleasing room. Pool table; air hockey table; table football (foosball) and X-box.

Outside Space
The South-facing screened pool is 26' by 13' (approx 8m x 4m) and offers a range of seating/ lounging options around it, either under the shade of the lanai or enjoying the Florida sunshine around the pool. There is also a pool guard to secure the pool, essential for those travelling with smaller children. The separate hot-tub (steps up) is heated at no extra charge; a great value added extra at Anchors Away!

Local Area
You're about 15 to 20 minutes away from DisneyWorld here (13 miles) along highway 27. It is a quiet location. Nevertheless, you're just 5 minutes away from the ChampionsGate development with Greg Norman signature golf courses & David Leadbetter School of Golf. There are communal tennis courts and a children's play area within the Tuscan Ridge development. Local shops & restaurants (including a 24-hour supermarket) are just a three-minute drive away.
