Casa Bella is a three bedroom townhouse sitting on the luxurious Encantada resort. The home has a west facing pool deck with a splash pool and overlooks the beautiful lakeside vista. It is ideal for family groups, particularly those with older children; the clubhouse is a great amenity for older kids to use and explore. It would also make a good option for groups of friends who would enjoy the social aspects that a resort like this can offer, or who want to make use of the marvellous variety of golf courses in the area.

The family/kitchen area is completely open-plan, making this a really sociable space; the fully-fitted, well-equipped kitchen provides everything you might need. There is also a separate fully-equipped laundry room. The dining table seats six comfortably.
A pair of large sofas provide a comfortable space to sink into as you relax, chat or enjoy the large TV and Playstation 3; this area opens onto the pool and patio.

Outside Space
The private screened splash pool has a lake view; a wonderful spot to while away the hours in the Florida sunshine. Comfortable sun loungers and an alfresco dining table and chairs are provided around the pool. The pool deck is West facing.

Encantada / Local Area
The Encantada resort, in which Casa Bella is situated, is a luxury gated resort with a great range of facilities. When you stay at Casa Bella you have free access to all of these, including: two communal pools with a large spa that seats 10, a children's play area, games arcade and gym. A complimentary golf buggy shuttle service operates to ferry guests between the villa and the resort's clubhouse. There is also a bar/restaurant that serves breakfast and the resort runs a range of activities for both children and adults, throughout the week.

Encantada enjoys a great location, just five to ten minutes away from Disney World. Nevertheless, you can enjoy a very peaceful retreat here, nestled around the lake and amongst the attractive landscaped gardens. There are also a number of golf courses nearby, the nearest being Orange Lake Golf, which is around one mile away.
