Casa Rose is an elegant and fully air-conditioned 4-bedroom home over two floors. It is located in a fantastic gated resort of Terra Verde, just a short drive from Disney World. This is a great choice for active families. The south-facing private pool is a generous size and looks out over an attractive wooded conservation area.

Property description

The centre of the home is the large open-plan kitchen/ diner and family room which opens up onto the pool area. The living room has a large flat-screen TV and DVD player. One of the sofas converts in to a sofa-bed, allowing the sleeping arrangements to increase from 8 to 10.
Downstairs, there is a double bedroom with a queen-size bed and TV. It's located next to the family bathroom (bath with shower over).
Upstairs, there are a further three bedrooms:
• Master Suite with queen-size bed, TV and DVD player, en-suite with bath with shower over.
• Kids' bunk room (single over single) with Mickey and Minnie theme and selection of games including table football, TV, Xbox and games.
• Twin bedroom (two singles)
There is a second family bathroom upstairs (bath with shower over).

About the pool
The private south-facing pool is the real star of this wonderful property. The extended deck has loungers and a patio set so you can laze by the pool and enjoy the wonderful view of the wooded conservation area to the rear of the property. The pool can be heated for a small additional charge (currently $28 per night). We recommend you purchase this extra if you are staying between October and April.

About the local area
The Terre Verde gated resort offers some great family-oriented facilities right on your doorstep, including a clubhouse with a large community pool, fitness suite, fishing lake, tiki bar, children's play area, bocce ball court & DVD rental. There is a supermarket within easy driving distance and you are just a short drive away from Disney and Orlando's many attractions and shopping malls.
