To the front of the property you'll find a formal living area with comfortable seating. Opposite the family area is the formal dining area, comfortably seating 6. A large open-plan family room opens up on to the pool area. The fully equipped kitchen to the rear of the space has both a breakfast bar and a breakfast table, each seating four, so there is plenty of space for everyone. It opens onto the lounge area which has a pair of comfortable sofas, large flat-screen TV and access on to the pool area. The laundry room is accessed off the kitchen. Ideal for 2 families or groups of friends on vacation together, as there is plenty of space for everyone.

This villa is located on the Lake Berkley gated resort in Kissimmee, which is just off the 192 highway, the main artery for all of Orlando's tourist destinations. You've got your pick of the many shops and restaurants on your doorstep, plus a range of facilities on the Lake Berkley resort. These include a fantastic communal pool with spa and kids' play area, a fitness centre, tennis courts and a children's playground.
