Property description

The open-plan & fully-equipped kitchen has a lovely dining area (seating six) and access to the pool. It is also open-plan to the lounge which has a pair of comfortable sofas and armchairs, flat-screen TV and DVD player.

This is a three bedroom property:
• The spacious master suite has a king-size bed, TV, walk-in wardrobe and decadent marble en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and corner bath.

• The second double bedroom has a queen-size bed and TV.

• The third bedroom is a great kids' bedroom with a bunk bed (single over double) and an additional single bed and a TV.

The family bathroom has a walk-in shower.

The property has a games room which is the perfect addition to keep the kids occupied during a lazy day at home... with table football and air hockey table and selection of children's toys.

There is plenty of off-road parking to the front of the house.

About the pool
The private, south-facing pool area to rear of the property includes pool and a spa pool/ jacuzzi. This can be heated for a small additional charge (currently $30 per day). We recommend you take this optional extra if you are staying between October and April. The home enjoys a secluded location; it is not overlooked and the views are simply stunning.

About the local area
The Windward Cay resort provides a tranquil retreat from the theme parks, with a lovely lakeside setting to come home to after a busy day at the parks. Despite the peacefulness of this small development, it is located just off the busy 192 highway in the heart of Kissimmee. There are plenty of shops and restaurants, including a 24hour Walmart, on your doorstep and it is just a short drive (about ten minutes) from Disney. Seaworld, Universal Studios and the International Drive area can be reached using Interstate 4 and there are a number of golf courses within easy reach.
