This 5-bed, 4-bath vacation home can sleep up to 12 in comfort. Its fantastic 30' pool and spa pool are a wonderful treat to come home to after a day at Orlando's theme parks, and the location is perfect to explore the Central Florida area.
It's just off the main 192 highway, so getting around is simple – less than a fifteen minute drive to Disney World. There are plenty of attractions, shops and restaurants on your doorstep but the development on which it is located is set around attractive lakes, giving you a quiet and tranquil setting to explore in quieter moments.

Property description
The large fully-fitted kitchen is very well equipped and is open to the sunny breakfast nook (table and chairs seating four).
The family lounge has access to the extended pool area, two comfortable leather sofas, a 51” LCD TV (with premium TV package) and high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home.

There is also a formal dining room with table and chairs seating six.

This is a 5 bedroom home:
• Luxurious master suite on the ground floor with walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite with a luxurious corner bath and a walk-in shower.
• Downstairs, there is a second double bedroom with a queen-size bed and a TV.
• The second master bedroom is upstairs and has a queen-size bed, TV and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower.
• Twin room upstairs with two single beds and a TV.
• The third bedroom upstairs is a children's bunk room with a Mickey and Minnie Mouse theme and a bunk bed (single over double).

The family bathroom has a bath with shower over.

This property has a brilliant games room has a full-size slate-bed pool table, dart board, sofa and you can even make use of the set of golf clubs provided at one of the many local golf courses.

About the pool
This property has an extended pool deck & is South-West facing. The wonderful 30' pool has a jacuzzi. Sun loungers and a patio set are provided – so you'll find plenty of excuses to make use of this fantastic space!

The pool can be heated at a small additional cost (currently $30 per day). We recommend you purchase this extra if you stay between October and April.

About the local area
The Seasons development on which this property is based enjoys a fantastic Kissimmee location just off the 192 highway. This means you are within easy reach of Orlando's main tourist attractions; Disney is less than fifteen minutes away. You're also within easy driving distance of a whole host of restaurants and shops, including a Walmart 24-hour supermarket and a Publix supermarket.
Seasons itself is very tranquil and is set around a beautiful lake rich in Floridian wildlife. Children will love spotting the family of turtles on its lakeside walk. There's also a children's playground by the lake.
