The open planned living accommodation is made up the kitchen with all mod-cons has an attractive breakfast table which can seat four, and an american fridge/ freezer. Leading on from the kitchen is the formal dining area, seating 6 and from here is the family lounge with large flatscreen TV, overlooking the pool deck. This can be accessed by the sliding doors from the family room.

Outside Space
To the rear is a fantastic fully screened pool area. The pool deck is South-west facing and there are plenty of loungers and seating around the pool and a lovely, shaded spot with an outside dining table (seats six comfortably) alongside the pool area. You'll find this is the perfect spot for enjoying a little R&R out of the Florida heat.

The rear perimeter of the property has a privacy fence, so you won't feel overlooked in the pool area; it's a great spot. This villa is a nice option if you're up for soaking up the atmosphere as well as the sunshine.

Indian Point / Local Area
Prairie Point is situated in Kissimmee on the Indian Point resort. This is a well-established Orlando resort and it offers some great facilities including a communal pool and cabana, a basketball court, tennis courts and a children's play area.

Kissimmee is a fantastic location right in the heart of the Orlando tourist destinations. At Indian Point you have a wide selection of shops and restaurants practically on your doorstep. Plus, all of Orlando's wonderful attractions and theme parks are within easy driving distance. Disney World, for example, is just fifteen minutes away.
