Although you're just off the 192 highway, it's located on a quiet lakeside community with a lakeside walk and children's play area.

Property Description
The large, fully-equipped is open plan to the living room and a formal dining area (seats eight). The living room overlooks the pool area and has a 46" flat screen TV with upgraded range of US and UK channels).
There is a second comfortable living room which is a great bonus if anyone in your party needs a spot of quiet time. This room also has a queen-size sofa-bed.
This is a five-bedroom property:
• The master bedroom has pleasant lakeside views, queen-size bed, TV, walk-in wardrobes, and an en-suite bathroom with corner bath and large walk-in shower.
• The second double bedroom has a queen-size bed, TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub with shower over.
• Twin room #1 has two single beds, TV and Mickey Mouse themed décor.
• Twin room #2 has two single beds, TV and superhero décor.
• Twin room #3 has two single beds.
The family bathroom has a bath with shower over and can also be accessed from the pool area.
This vacation home also has a games room with table football, a pool table, air hockey table, music centre and X-box with a selection of X-box games.
Full laundry facilities are provided in the garage.

About the pool
The private, screened pool area to rear of the property includes pool and spa pool/ jacuzzi and has stunning views overlooking the lake. The pool and spa pool can be heated for a small additional charge (currently $30 per day). We recommend you book pool heat extra if you are staying between October and May.

About the local area
The Seasons development is a peaceful sanctuary from the hustle of the theme parks, despite Disney World being just a 10-minute drive away. It's a lovely family-friendly development built around an attractive lake, with a lakeside walk/ jogging track and a children's play area by the lake. Local shops and restaurants, including a 24-hour Walmart, are less than a two-minute drive away. There are also plenty of family entertainment options on your doorstep too, including a petting zoo, crazy golf and dinner shows such as Medieval Times. You're just off the 192 highway so you are well placed to visit Orlando and Central Florida's many other attractions, including SeaWorld, Busch Gardens, Legoland, the Gulf and Atlantic coast beaches.
