Watersong Dream

Watersong Dream is a spacious & well-appointed family vacation home. The owners have put a lot of love and thought into its decor and facilities and it really shows. We think you'll fall in love with it too! The 15' by 30' (approx 4.5m x 9m) South-west facing pool with generous jacuzzi is a great place to unwind at the end of a busy day enjoying the Florida theme parks and, inside, there is no shortage of comfy seating or dining areas in which to relax.

A cosy additional lounge area and the formal dining area (comfortably seating eight) are to be found at the front of the house on the ground floor. Continuing through the villa is the exceptionally well-appointed kitchen and the stunning double-height family room. The kitchen has an informal dining table, seating 4 and this looks out on to the pool deck. The family room has an over-sized leather sofa and 42" flat-screen Smart TV. Sliding glass doors give you access to the pool area. The laundry room and downstairs bathroom are also just off this room.

At the top of the stairs is a spacious open landing which has been transformed into a great additional entertainment space. The comfortable seating includes a leather sofa, love seat and bean bags. It boasts a huge 60" HDTV with surround sound and Netflix capabilities, Wii with extra remotes and selection of games, selection of DVDs. A dartboard and additional reading books. The leather sofa has two reclining seats.

Outside Space
Guests will find the extended South-west pool deck adorable. The fully screened private pool with integrated spa overlooks the wooded area to the rear. Here you can be amazed by the local wildlife. Alongside the pool there's a large under cover area; ideal for outside dining, here you will table & chairs for six. The pool deck is a lovely private spot to relax on the sun loungers and soak up the peaceful view after a hectic day at the theme parks or shopping malls.

The pool can be heated for a small additional charge. For those travelling with small children, there is also an additional mesh safety gate/ fence available to secure the pool area.

Watersong Resort / Local Area
The Watersong resort is a gated community with a staffed gatehouse. It is set in a beautiful conservation area, surrounded by woodland and lakes, and offers a whole host of amenities, including: communal pool, fitness centre, entertainment arcade, children's playground, putting green, volleyball courts and concierge service.

Local shops and restaurants are little more than five minutes away and you're in a great location to access all of Florida's many attractions, Disney World and all the theme parks.
