The additional bedroom upstairs has two queen-size beds, a large closet, it's own private bath and of course, a flat screen television.

This home is located in the quiet, relaxing Fairways community on the bay side of Sandestin and has a true neighborhood feel. The Sandestin Owners Club offers one of many pools just down the street and a heated pool to use closer to Baytowne. Take a walk, bike or jog around the lakes and bay, and remember there is a tunnel under Highway 98 that takes you straight to the beach.
