This is a newly renovated two bedroom two bath unit that has beautiful Gulf views up and down the beach from the living area and master bedroom. The home was renovated by Destin designer and features light colors and pastels with "shabby chic" furniture and new beach artwork. The unit is on the third floor overlooking the beach, pool and hot tub. The beach is the least crowded beach in the area.

The living area has two new couches, one which folds out into a bed. There is TV, DVD, and stereo in the living area. The adjacent dining area has a glass table with six chairs and bar stools. The kitchen has marble countertops and white cabinetry. There is a washer dryer off the kitchen.

The master bedroom has a new king size bed and a large window looking toward the beach. It also features a TV, DVD, and secluded bathroom.

The second bedroom has two queen size beds and opens to a bathroom.

Amenities of the unit include access to the fitness center, three pools, two hot tubs, a basketball court, and the best tennis facility on the beach. There are outdoor grills, walking trails, and best of all, beach service for the unit which includes two chairs and umbrella.
