Our exceptional Florida holiday home is located just a few minutes from Disney World. It combines the peace and tranquility of a protected wetland and conservation area while remaining central to the amazing attractions in Florida, such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Seaworld, Aquatica, Typhoon Lagoon and many more.

Our beautiful property includes all you will need for a comfortable stay. It is spacious and easily accommodates six guests. There is a fully equipped open plan kitchen, a lovely formal dining area and living room. There are two bathrooms upstairs and a downstairs cloakroom. There are three bedrooms, with the master bedroom having a balcony and ensuite, bathroom. The second is a double bedroom and the third has twin beds. There is a fully enclosed laundry area that includes a washing machine and dryer, iron, ironing board. The is a rear screened patio area for you to be able to sit and enjoy the stunning views. Free Wifi, towels, linen are also provided.

Emerald Island Resort is a prestigious gated & guarded community located on Disney's doorstep. Surrounded by a Conservation Area, it encompasses over 300 acres with 11 heavily wooded acres right in the middle of the community. Once inside, you feel as if you have entered a special preserve.
Within minutes of Walt Disney World and a short drive to shopping and dining, this 'island' serves as a haven from the larger world while remaining central to everything the world's most popular destination with millions of visitors a year has to offer.

This community offers a recreational area complete with pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and games room. Additional recreational areas include a children's playground and tennis courts. This home is perfectly equipped for a relaxing family vacation.

Choose from two large, outdoor, heated swimming pools, both with relaxing whirlpool spas. The pools include outdoor showers as well as changing areas and restrooms. The clubhouse pool has an enjoyable Tiki bar offering refreshing drinks, and hot and cold snacks. Other outdoor activities include a nature trail through the heart of Emerald Island, sand volleyball court, tennis courts, basketball hoops, and several playgrounds.

Inside the clubhouse you will find the Resort concierge that can help you with anything from directions, to tickets, to helpful recommendations about the area. There is a nice air conditioned lounge in the clubhouse with tables and chairs, cable TV, Wi-Fi, and several games. The gym has a variety of all-new workout equipment. There is a game room with several arcade style games.

If you are venturing out, you will find World Drive, the main thoroughfare to all the Disney parks just 3.3 miles from the house. We will share some time saving tips and tricks with our guests! Drive times range from 7 minutes to Disney’s Animal Kingdom, 18 minutes to the Magic Kingdom, and approximately 30 minutes to Universal Orlando, the home of Harry Potter.
