The Villa is fully furnished with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and make you feel at home! Located in a beautifully landscaped, gated community, our house has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. It has a relaxing heated pool and spa.

A spacious and inviting living and dining room area overlooks the pool. The family area is open and spacious incorporating a large comfortable seating area and a formal dining area overlooking the pool deck which is accessible through the French doors. Comfortable sectional sofas and arm chairs provide the perfect relaxation for watching the large flat screen TV. There are two work stations and a fully equipped kitchen including a breakfast bar for casual dining. The living area leads out to the large lanai area, complete with two dining tables and seating for 10 plus sun-loungers. Ideal for soaking up the Florida Sunshine. One of the best features of the home is the large pool, which has a child's safety fence.

The outdoor area is screened and has ample lounging area around the heated pool with the added advantage of a covered dining area perfect for those al fresco meals or cooling down from the days heat.

The kitchen is fully equipped. Everything is in pristine condition. The spacious fully equipped kitchen is ready for quick meals or elaborate dinner parties and comes complete with granite counter tops and warm wood cabinets. There is a casual dining area for 8 plus a breakfast bar with 2 stools.

All five bedrooms are spacious and have their own bathrooms. The ground floor is the location of one of the queen-size bedrooms perfect for guests less able to manage the stairs.

Upstairs there are two large king-size master suites, one to the front of the home both with ensuite bathrooms having a large corner tub, walk in shower and twin vanities.

There are four bedrooms and four bathrooms upstairs and one bedroom and one bathroom downstairs. Each of the four bedrooms upstairs has its own en-suite!

Free secure high speed Wi-Fi and telephone calls (local), free use of baby equipment. Towels, linen are also provided.

The large garage has been converted to a games room with a pool table and Foosball table!

This large 3,300 sq.ft pool home is located within the Patriots Landing neighborhood of the exclusive Reunion Resort.

Patriot's Landing offers Key West-style luxury homes with pastel color schemes. This very distinctive neighborhood is surrounded on three sides by natural conservation areas and the fourth overlooks the natural landscaping of the Arnold Palmer Legacy golf course. There is also a lake in the center of the neighborhood.

You will not have access to the Water Park, Golf or Tennis at the resort. But will have access to all the resort restaurants.

Within minutes of Walt Disney World and a short drive to shopping and dining, this resort serves as a haven from the larger world while remaining central to everything the world's most popular destination with millions of visitors a year has to offer.

An additional charge of $20 per night would be applied if guests require a heated pool.

We recommend pool heat from October through April.
