The living room sofa can fold out as well. There is a spacious screened in back porch with hot tub & plenty of room for entertaining. Nice front porch with swing and rocking chairs. Just a short walk to the secluded beach, an outdoor shower is provided as well. This is a pet friendly property : ) WIFI included!!
