The entire back of the house is lined with stunning glass walls which grace the home with natural light and an amazing view from everywhere.

On the first floor you will find three bedrooms, the kitchen 2 living rooms and the dining area. The master bedroom is on the right sight of the entrance and offers a king-sized bed, a private full master bath and has access to the pool/lanai area with beautiful water views. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the third bedroom consists of two twin-sized beds. The two bedrooms share one full bathroom that also access to the lanai/pool area.

The large gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and features stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. In the middle of the kitchen is a big isle that is ideal to prepare the food and offers plenty of space to use it as breakfast bar.

This gorgeous home offers two spacious living rooms, one of which is equipped with a stand alone bar suitable for friendly gatherings.

On the second floor you will find the fourth bedroom with two twin-sized beds and a full bathroom. Also on the second floor is a den/living area with a queen sleeper sofa. This beautiful house sleeps 10, with 4 bedrooms plus a den.

Copper20 is located on 20 Copperfield on Marco Island and is in walking distance to the resident beach and in short driving distance to the South Marco Beach and Tigertail Beach. Resident beach pass are available for bookings with a minimum stay of 30 days and has to be requested from the City of Marco Island for an additional charge.

It comes complete with all linens and towels, bath and beach, paper towels, toilet paper, dish and laundry detergent, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and a propane gas bbq-grill. This house offers you everything to make your vacation a complete satisfaction.
