The swimming pool area is a great place to enjoy some sun or cocktails as the sun sets. It offers 6 lounge chairs and has additional seating for the whole family. The large pool (17x23) offers plenty of space for everyone to enjoy.

The main area is located on the second floor with over 1,660 sq.ft. of living space. Here you will find the fully equipped kitchen, the dining area, a bright and colorful decorated living room and 2 bedrooms. Both bedrooms have king size beds and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms also has its own balcony. The living area is beautifully decorated with high white wooded ceilings. The ground to ceiling windows gives the house a bright and airy feeling no matter where you're at.

The third floor is a loft with over 400 sq.ft. It is complimented with a king size bed and additional seating with a beautiful view of the living room. It also has a small balcony with great views to enjoy beautiful sunsets.

The ground floor is a perfect place for the children with two bedrooms. One bedroom has two twin beds and the second bedroom has a full size bed. There you will find the screened covered lanai with ping-pong table and Jacuzzi for family entertainment.

The house is convenient located to Tigertail Beach, shops, restaurants and grocery shopping. Most of them are in walking distance. The Esplanade Shops are a short 10min walking distance with restaurants, bar, Starbucks, ice cream shops and more. Tigertail Beach entrance is less than a mile from the house you can easily stroll there with the provided bikes.

Some information about Tigertail Beach
Tigertail Beach is one of two public access beaches and is a short drive from your vacation home. Tigertail offers you the Lagoon as a great place for families with younger kids to enjoy the flat and calm water. There is plenty of wildlife to view and is a designated 'Great Florida Birding Trail. To reach the Gulf of Mexico with the beautiful soft sandy beach you either have to wade through the lagoon or walk around the to the left. It's definitely worth the ten minute stroll. The beach here is absolutely breathtaking and totally natural. And don't forget your shelling bags. The beach offers you beautiful shelling. It is open 8 a.m. to sundown and there is a fee for parking.

Some information about South Public Beach Access
The parking lot is located on Swallow Avenue and is a short walk across South Collier Boulevard to a one-acre beach access on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. There are 70-parking spaces with rest room access. The walk is lined with sabal palm trees and is surrounded by plush hotels on Marco Island. It is open 8 a.m. to sundown and there is a fee for parking.
