This beautifully decorated home has three bedrooms with two and a half baths, spacious lanai, salt water pool & spa, boat dock, direct access to the Gulf of Mexico with a beautiful canal view.

This vacation home is located on a .39 acre corner lot with a beautiful landscape and side load 2 car garage. It is close to Rose Marina (3 minutes walk) and conveniently located to shops and restaurants. The world renowned 'Snook Inn' is just a short stroll away. Being close to the marina makes this a convenient place to rent a boat and enjoy the Marco lifestyle.

The house has a spacious lanai with over 1,180 sq ft including the pool and spa. This is the perfect space to enjoy the Florida lifestyle and entertain your family with beautiful water views of the canal and bay. The 14x25 ft pool and spa share a huge deck with plenty of outdoor space. There is an outside dining table for 6 on the covered lanai and the propane BBQ grill. It also offers a 224 sq ft covered gazebo that has seating for seven with plenty of room for entertaining and great water views.

When you enter the house you will find on the right sight a living/greeting area that's open to formal dining area. With its big windows it is very bright and offers you and your family plenty of space to relax from your sun bath on the lanai or a great day on white sandy beaches of Marco Island.

A second living area is conveniently located next to the kitchen and offers a 55"TV for family movie nights. What a great place to just relax.

The Master Bedroom has a king size bed with a beautiful bathroom complimented with a hot tub and roomy walk-in shower. It has direct access to the lanai and pool area.

The second bedroom has a king size bed with a 32" TV. The third bedroom has two twin beds making it great for kids. Both guest bedrooms are sharing a bathroom with 2 sinks, toilet and a combined shower/tub. The bathroom has access to the lanai and pool area.

Enjoy the natural light streaming into the modern kitchen that has stainless steel appliances and a hand over counter. The breakfast nook has seating for six and looks into the lanai and pool making it nice for family and friends.

The house offers a boat dock with a place to clean fish and with its location it has a direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. Rose Marina is located nearby offering boat rentals so you can enjoy the sun, water, beaches and the wildlife.

Some information about Tigertail Beach
Tigertail Beach is one of two public access beaches and is a short drive from your vacation home. Tigertail offers you the Lagoon as a great place for families with younger kids to enjoy the flat and calm water. There is plenty of wildlife to view and is a designated 'Great Florida Birding Trail. To reach the Gulf of Mexico with the beautiful soft sandy beach you either have to wade through the lagoon or walk around the to the left. It's definitely worth the ten minute stroll. The beach here is absolutely breathtaking and totally natural. And don't forget your shelling bags. The beach offers you beautiful shelling. It is open 8 a.m. to sundown and there is a fee for parking.


Some information about South Public Beach Access
The parking lot is located on Swallow Avenue and is a short walk across South Collier Boulevard to a one-acre beach access on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. There are 70-parking spaces with rest room access. The walk is lined with sabal palm trees and is surrounded by plush hotels on Marco Island. It is open 8 a.m. to sundown and there is a fee for parking.
